The Laboratory of the FutureCurated by architect, architecture lecturer and writer Lesley Lokko, the exhibition entitled 'The Laboratory of the Future' focuses on crucial topics such as sustainability, urbanisation and the interaction between architecture and the environment.With more than half of the 89 participants coming from Africa and the African diaspora, the exhibition highlights African architecture and creativity, becoming a collection of narratives reflecting the wonderful kaleidoscope of ideas, contexts and aspirations expressed by each individual voice.Ottica Urbani and architectureWe at Ottica Urbani, who have always been close to the world of architecture, are enthusiastic about this prestigious event and proud to celebrate architecture as an art form and a tool for creating functional and inspiring spaces.
