GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General terms apply to all sales made by Ottica Urbani snc. by means of e-commerce as featured on www.otticaurbani.com. Such sales are conducted solely for private customers and non-commercial purposes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The customer will be charged the price listed on the site at the time of the order.
All prices listed on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. Contributions to the fulfillment of the order and delivery expenses are explicitly stated and inclusive of VAT. This amount is shown separately on the order form and on the order confirmation email. Tax and/or custom fees when they apply (in accordance with the legislation of the country of destination) are charged to the customer.
DELIVERY
Delivery can take 5 to 10 days from the date of despatch, depending on the country of destination.
Should the carton/packaging show obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the receiver must report it it to the courier upon delivery and affix the wording "received with reserve" to the receipt.
In case of failure to report any shipment damage as stated above, the customer can not place any claims against Ottica Urbani snc.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise stated by the terms.
Withdrawal may be exercised as follows:
E-mail communication to Ottica Urbani snc requesting authorization and instructions to proceed with the return.
Once having received the withdrawal request, Ottica Urbani snc will contact the customer and give instructions on how to return the goods.
Returned items must be undamaged and properly sealed in their original packaging , including any accessories.
Right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the products must not have been used, worn , washed or damaged.
- the returned products must be sent in a single shipment; Ottica Urbani snc reserves the right not to accept any products of one and the same order if returned and delivered at different times.
- all costs and risks related to product returns will be borne by the consumer.
Ottica Urbani snc will refund the customer the amount paid including the shipping costs incurred in sending the products , except for any additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a form of delivery other than the standard delivery offer. The refund amount will be credited on the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in case of tailored or personalized goods or products which owing to their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly , or sealed goods which for hygiene or health-related reasons can not be replaced once opened.
WARRANTY AND NON-COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS
The products offered on our website www.otticaurbani.com comply with the national and Community legislation in force in Italy.
The images and colors of the products published on the website may differ from the real product due to system settings and / or tools used for displaying items.
Every product sold on the website is covered by warranty in accordance with the applicable laws. Products which have been repaired, modified or altered in any way by the customer are excluded from the warranty. Failures, malfunctions or other defects caused by accidental events, by the customer or by improper use of the product are also excluded from the warranty.
